IRRIGATION INSTALLATION The irrigation system installation has been on-going for over one month. The two well pumps have been installed and the Town Wiring Inspector has approved the electrical installation for the pumps. The main water line from B Circle to A and C Circles is in place. Work has now moved to trenching in B Circle for new lamppost wiring. A Circle wiring and post installation has been completed. Lights in A, B and C Circle have been temporarily out of service and will remain out until the new wiring has been installed. The electrical contractors will be making every attempt to provide temporary service for lights until the new wiring has been installed. Our goal this year is to install a fully functioning irrigation system in A and B Circle as well as new electrical systems for the lampposts in all 3 circles. Irrigation in C Circle will be attempted provided the weather holds. Lampposts and fixtures are being replaced on an as needed basis.	2002 Annual Meeting The 2002 Annual Meeting was I held on October 24, 2002. For those who were not in attendance, enclosed you will find handouts that were provided on the evening of the meeting. During the meeting, an election to 5 positions on the Board of Trustees was held. Mike Carroll, Maura McKinley, Bob Mercaldi, Pat Pomerleau and Richard Zelley were elected to two-year terms of service. Congratulations! There is no change to the monthly condominium fee for fiscal 2003 (other than the special assessment which began this month, November).
